Soca fans flocking to the Savannah Greens next Sunday will be forced to come early and leave late if they want to see some of the most popular artistes of the 2015 Carnival season.
Big names like Destra Garcia and Ken Marlon Charles (KMC) got early numbers in the January 15 draw for positions in the semi-finals of the Digicel International Groovy Soca Competition and the National Lotteries Control Board (NLCB) Power Soca Competition.
The first three performers in each category are as follows:

Ken Marlon Charles (KMC)
Shal Marshall and Squeeze Head
Akeem (Preedy) Chance
Groovy Soca
Destra Garcia
Lead Pipe and Saddis
Fadda Fox
The draws took place at the Digicel Imax Theatre in Woodbrook. Each artiste or a representative pulled a number for a total of 84 performances, with a few performing in both categories.
