It is not unusual to hear stories of Salman Khan’s generosity, so this one should not surprise you. The actor surprised the set of Sooraj Barjatya’s upcoming film Prem Ratan Dhan Payo with a specially catered meal.
That’s right, Salman had his cook do a special biryani (mixed rice dish) for the entire cast and crew. He personally ensured everyone was served and even left his trailer to eat with them. The only person who could not have any, was Sooraj Barjatya, because he is a strict vegetarian.
And that was not all that “Sallu” cooked up, his latest film, Kick, which co-starred Jacqueline Fernandez, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Randeep Hooda, has broken yet another box office record at home.
Sajid Nadiadwala’s directorial debut surpassed the “lifetime box office collection” of Shah Rukh Khan’s Chennai Express and it is also Khan’s highest grossing film internationally, but will it beat Aamir Khan’s Dhoom 3? We’ll see!
So, from previous stories, you know that Katrina Kaif flew in several times to the set of Imtiaz Ali’s Tamasha to see beau Ranbir Kapoor, but did you know that Ranveer Singh did the same to spend time with Deepika Padukone? It’s a crazy love square, we know.
Padukone worked her ex, Kapoor in the film, and his current girlfriend often visited, we’re not sure whether it was at the same time that Singh did, but he was there, and his visits were not too great we hear.
According to reports, Dippy’s darling sat at the filming monitor when she was on, and when they cut, he would make suggestions to Ali on directions, and would even cheer for Padukone after every take, giving points on how to improve the scenes. Needless to say, Ali was not too pleased, and Padukone was embarrassed. Singh’s response was not documented.
