Music composer, arranger and pannist Ray Holman will bring the production, “A True Trini Christmas 111,” to the stage, on December 7 and 8. The show will run at the Little Carib Theatre, Woodbrook each night from 8 pm and 6:30 pm respectively.
Patrons will be treated to parang and Christmas carols and in addition to Holman’s band, they will be entertained by his musical friends, including Gerelle Forbes, Raymond Edwards, Andre Mangatal, Skiffle Bunch Junior Pan Ensemble, Holy Name Junior Choir and Luces Brillantes Parang Band. When asked why do a show at the end of the year, Holman said, “The previous two were so thoroughly enjoyed by audiences, many people were inquiring whether we were going to have the show again this year.
“In addition, we, the musicians involved, love performing Christmas music and giving that special Christmas feeling to the audience.” Tickets for the family-friendly concert are priced at $250 and available for purchase at the Little Carib Theatre’s Box Office from noon to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
